Services for Sharon Stalvey will be held at 11 a.m. Sharon is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard Stalvey of Valdosta two sons and a daughter-in-law, Cam and Brandi Stalvey of Valdosta, and Harrison Stalvey of Superior, Colorado her sister, Susan Powell, of Alameda, CA her life-long friend, Charlotte McRanie of Black Mountain, North Carolina, and a long-time caregiver and friend, Rose Stacks of Valdosta. Carolyn was a homemaker, and a child care provider for over 25 years. She was born Novemto George A Howell, Sr, and Minnie Dee Bishop Howell in Greenville, Florida. She worked and ministered in various areas of her church from being a chancel choir member, participating in numerous Bible study groups, and working as both a cast member, and working with public relations publications for the well- known passion play of God Hath Provided the Lamb, now called The Carpenter of Nazareth.
